I use this after my workout as a cool down device on the automatic setting. I use it again at bedtime on the slow setting. I no longer have numbness in my toes, my knee doesn't have that tight,almost swollen feeling anymore and best of all, I am not bothered by restless leg syndrome at night. This works for me. I was out of town for a few weeks and my RLS came back. I came home, started using this and it went away again. I have a piece of foam I place over the ankle support to make it more comfortable.

It's amazing how different I feel after I use this machine compared to how I felt before I used it. My tight muscles in the lower back and shoulder are loose. If there was a headache, it goes away. Just being peaceful and quiet while the machine does its work helps me feel better. I really like the quality of this unit. What an inexpensive way to improve your health!
